"Sufficient for a business traveler for one night", this airporter can get "loud with conventioneers" who "slow" up the elevators, but at least the "friendly" staffers are "always willing to help"; you'll find "excellent" public spaces and rooms with "to-die-for" beds and pillows "from heaven", but a few describe "dated" decor and baths.

Bathroom needs re grouting for mildew.
The hotel looks like it's had a lot of work recently, but some of the details were forgotten. The bathrooms are tired and stained. The location is great and the airport shuttle frequent and prompt. I wouldn't pay full price for this hotel and I wouldn't choose it for my visit to San Francisco, but for a cheap night at the airport, it is perfect. ...read more

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Large hotel; few elevators. The room was a mile away from the elevator.
